She remained in financial services through 1999, when she began working for an Investment Banking Firm located on the 95th floor of New York's World Trade Center. She remained there until September 11, 2001 when she was forced to escape the building and her offices were destroyed. Since that day, Michelle has become a business owner, author, and professional speaker.
